3 Days Safari to Meru National Park will help you to discover the less traveled and hidden games of Kenya. We have two routes to Meru that is Embu and Nanyuki with each of them having different scenery and something different to offer. The park is mainly composed of thorny bush land in the North, wooded grasslands in the West and open grassland elsewhere. You will discover and explore the true African wilderness in a park less crowded.
Depart early morning and drive to Meru National Park, this road safari that will take you about 6 hours. You will enjoy the beautiful sceneries en-route such as views of snow capped Mt Kenya, the meanderings road through deep valleys especially after Embu town where you can make several stopovers for sightseeing, Including view Miraa” khat” plantation before stopping for your lunch in Meru or Maua, thereafter proceeding to Murera gate for the park formalities. You will be exploring meru National Park tracking animals in the bushes in the evening. Dinner and overnight Ikweta Safari Camp.
After breakfast you will have ample time to explore the park, we can leave with picnic lunches and come later in the day or simply come back to the camp for hot lunch thereafter enjoy a swim as you are relaxing Dinner and overnight at the camp.
Morning Breakfast, and leave the campsite to Nairobi using different route lunch stopover in Nanyuki. You will enjoy the beautiful sceneries en route such as the large wheat, French beans plantations in Timau, the Mt.Kenya views amongst others, arrive Nairobi in the evening.
